Entente pour l’adhésion Par la présente, je soumets ma demande d’adhésion au Club de curling St-Lambert et je consens à observer sa Constitution et ses Règlements ainsi que tous les changements qui pourront y être apportés. De plus, je m’engage à effectuer le paiement complet de mon adhésion pour le 29 octobre. Je reconnais que, si mon adhésion n’est pas payée en totalité avant le 29 octobre 2024, je ne pourrai pas faire de curling jusqu’à ce que mon adhésion soit payée en totalité.

Vous pouvez effectuer votre paiement par transfert Interac à l’adresse : [email protected] . Merci de mentionner votre nom en faisant ce paiement, car tous les paiements ont approximativement le même montant.

Membership Agreement: I hereby apply for membership in the St. Lambert Curling Club and agree to abide by the Constitution and the Rules of the Club and any amendments that may be added thereto. In addition, I agree to make full payment of my membership by October 29. I recognize that, should my membership not be paid in full by October 29, 2024, I will not be able to curl until my membership is paid in full.

Curling Québec asks curling clubs to register all their members with the association. The Club will remit to Curling Québec all the association fees you paid as part of your Club membership. Access to Curling Québec activities is conditional to the submission of membership information. In the case of members who wish to participate in competitions sanctioned by Curling Québec, we must provide for each member his / her name, address, phone number, e-mail, and date of birth. We will submit a list that will respect the preference of each member, based on the two options mentioned below. Please check the option you wish to see applied to your own listing with Curling Québec:
